Is this updated for the current patch and or is it working?

As our trainer is written for v1062 and the latest game version appears to be v v1063 that would be a 'Probably not' and it should be updated. In case one stumbles upon this title and confirms it ...

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

All options are working fine, I was playing with the trainer a couple hours ago. 😉

A quick bit of info: This trainer still (mostly) works, but check to make sure Steam hasn't opted you into the beta branch without your participation. I had filed a report that this needed updating, and while some options have issues, the important bits still work in non-beta (Ammo / health) - Make sure you're in the standard release branch within steam if you're having issues.

That said, there was a patch on the 10th prepping for a major release, so expect breakage once beta is pushed live.

This Trainer is Amazing, I was always pushed away from playing Online because I was a Level 1, but I used the Trainer Solo and maxed a character out so fast!! Now I can play online without feeling like a burden or getting Mocked! Respect CH Fam , Respect!
