Reguarding Trainers for Small, New Games

I was taking a look at the trainers for Dungeon of the Endless, released in late October of last year, currently on a Steam free-to-play weekend, and they are all requiring premium membership. There are several other games like this small, indie game with less than 10 trainers to its name. Why is this? I'm sure it's not easy making these things, especially when you have 20,000 other games that need an updated or new trainer, but for a 600Mb, $13 game? It's got me wondering: does every trainer on CheatHappens require you to pay? Don't get me wrong here: this team does a great job here at CheatHappens, and I would do nothing to try and say you don't. All that I am trying to say is, for small, indie games like these, it probably wouldn't dent the profits at all if you could make these trainers free for all current members, seeing that there are only 8 for Dungeon of the Endless.
Although if it comes to that I am wrong, seeing that I know nothing of coding or marketing, I will accept it and move on.

Great, cool, nice...
This is a wonderful way to advertize CheatHappens.com and please jump at the opportunity to become premium member
Each and every trainers here are home-made with tender love and care (I can hear some laughing in the background) and if you have any problems, the team will take careful consideration of your expertise in those matters and fix the trainer or direct you to an appropriate solution to "degunk" your pc or your attitude toward it - and there's not enough cash in the world to substitute their customer service
Everyone want free stuff, but behind it there's someone who work to make it
We will be glad to see a new companion in the Cheat Happens world
