No one knows because the Epic store went down by too many people trying to download it. Once anyone finds out, please post it here and let us know.

can confirm TRAINER IS WORKING i was lucky enough to download GTA from the EPIC store before it went down, all options are working to the fullest

No, we do not make online trainers. Offline/single player only.
