Are you kidding me nevermind you go to the barn and to the left of you there are horses to the right of you there is a door.Go in the door then once your'e in the room keep going to the left then you'll see a guy and that's him.

so you cant find Tex well you dont see him i dont know why but i couldnt see him at all so i guess you dont see him! all you do is fix the chickin coop and then the phantom horse will appear damage the power line and leave then you turn around and its mourning you dont get to eat cake!
