I've actually just been soft banned (No summoning/pvp) for using it in offline only mode, and only the "Add item" option.

Made a new character to go online and play legitimately, was soft banned.

Nothing else was ever pressed, just the add item, and only when offline.

Was not softbanned in the original and nor do I use any mods.

So be careful if you're going to use it and honestly be ready to have online removed if you cheat at all.

For offline playing forever you can blocked the game in firewall

I read somewhere that your account gets softban, not just your character. I only play offline now since I used the trainer. If I ever play online, Ill delete my characters with trainer used. Then just create a new character with no trainer.

Are you absolutely certain you're not just having problems connecting to the servers? Many people who aren't cheating are also having similar issues.

And if you've forced the game into offline mode, then it shouldn't even be able to dial home to softban you...

But for those worried about this, force your game offline using a firewall. Play as much as you want. Then, when you want to play online, backup and then delete your offline save *before* unblocking the game and allowing it to dial home.

And if you're really worried about this, uninstall the game fully after playing with the trainer, backup and delete saves, then reinstall and play online after making sure there's no trace from playing offline.

How do you know if you were softbanned anyway?
They've told us it's gonna be easy... They lied.

Softbans result in the inability to be summoned/summon players to your world.

Basically, you'll see shades, notes, and bloodstains.. but be cut out from PVP with most people (Even no belltower invasions) and will not be capable of joining or being summoned by friends.

You get put onto a smaller block of IP's with other cheaters which results in almost no pvp functionality.

Like I said, only used the +5 items, got softbanned while offline.

I used trainer ONLY in offline with completelly separate character. Yesterday I deleted that character and started to play online without any cheats. Everything was fine, but before bell tower I decided to go offline (don't wanna deal with BS bellbros). After I cleared the tower, I reloaded the game, went back online and killed the boss. After that I didn't seen any summon signs, no invasions, etc. WTF with this anti-cheat system?
