Regarding the Trainer 2617.1.0.0, Unlimited Health, Ammo, No Reload, ....

(Had to open a thread because the trainer tread is locked)

I am well aware that this game trainer has been retired, but aren't usually the original files available?
I'm asking because when I want to download the existing trainer, I get a "HTTP 404 - File not found" error with following message

If you were trying to download a trainer, please clear your browser cache, history and cookies. Clear your DNS cache. Disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. I tried clearing the cache&cookies, even tried using a different browser.

--> Does "retire" mean that the files are also deleted? Can they be re-posted?
