Resident Evil 5: Gold Edition Message Board  

Trainer not working for me either. Gold edition steam, don't know what direct x version (whatever is the latest). Cannot find game.

You will have to manually launch the DX9 version of the game or else the trainer will not find it or work.

Tried running DX9 direct from directory, RE5 crashes on Steam Gold edition on launch, stops responding, Gold Steam Vers cannot find game on trainer F1.

Tried all steps mentioned, no joy, tried alt tab method , nada, correct re5dx9 running, no joy.

"Trainer cannot find game"

Advice anyone please?

Steam did some kind of update yesterday and now trainer ceases to function if it helps

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Fresh install STEAM

ran game
F1 at main menu ACTIVATED

tested options and examined code and that trainer matches fresh install on STEAM

This trainer is actually screwing up my DSL connection when its activated, I can not operate it in the game at all. This needs to be fix please

Not sure exactly how our trainer is screwing up your DSL connection as it doesn't do anything on the internet other than a one time authentication. I would look into other sources of your problem like some security product interfering with the trainer which could cause weird side effects. Nothing for us to fix.
