I get this when I try to download the trainer. Any ideas what could be wrong?

HTTP 404 - File not found

clear your browser cache and cookies. disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions.

OK tried the Gold option again - as Cal suggested, press I, then press 5 to capture, it should say successful, then press 6 to increase gold and watch it increase in your inventory.

After you press 5 to capture, I don't think you need to close your inventory, you can press 6 straight away and gold will go up and up.

Did not try other options I just needed Gold.

Health and Endurance works inconsistently for me. Sometimes, it works, other times, it doesn't. Mostly doesn't, though.

doesn't work, iv tried this and i cant get gold option to work, it wont budge
