What platform do you own the game on: Steam or GOG? Do the version # still match?

The trainer was written for the Steam version and might not support the GOG version.

Good for health, bad for education.

Have you read the instructions/readme and probably used F4 key: Recapture Units?

This happened to me a few times with this trainer as well. I have the steam version of the game. The F4 key failed as well. I had to restart my computer for it to activate correctly. This seems to be an intermitant problem with the trainer.

Evenin'.

I'm getting an error message when trying to run the trainer:

"C:\Users\(redacted)\CheatHappens\Work\Runtime\~CheathappensTrainer3900.tmp
You do not have the permission to open this file. See the owner of the file or an administrator to obtain permission."

Now, I'm running the trainer as admin, no difference with or without antivirus and other trainers seem to work just fine. (Borderlands 2, Subnautica and Total Warhammer 2 have been used lately with no issues).

If memory serves, this is something that has cropped up once before with a trainer I was using, but I can't for the life of me remember what trainer or how it was solved. I believe maybe some temp folder of some sort was cleared out? I can't recall, I'm afraid.

Any ideas?

Create a scan exclusion in your security software for the Work folder which is located here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\

You might want to look up your security software's scan history/logs and quarantine and clear them and reboot your PC.

Not sure what happened, was running fine last night outside of the unlimited skill points. Started it up today and every option does the same "please wait" then a good 15 seconds later "failed." Didn't make any changes to my computer and the game didn't update, thought maybe I just needed to restart my computer, but no dice. Tried deleting the trainer and re-downloading it, same thing. Tried all the troubleshooting guide instructions and now I am at a loss.

Any ideas?

Delete trainer and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer in is folder excluded from virus scans.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin and try again.

The trainer works just fine, though I had the same problem last night as a previous poster, regarding the use of level up points. Rebooting my computer seems to have done the trick. Unfortunately I can't get the duplicate ingredients option to work.

I open the inventory, click on the stash and then the Ingredients tab, press *, it says Please wait, then activated. I click on the Ingredients tab once more, and it says Deactivated, but there's no change in the item quantities. Am I doing something wrong? Have I misread the steps?
