Anyone know what program other than note/wordpad & notepad ++ can open the game.sii file properly without it looking like a garbled mess ?, Want to be able to modify things on the fly (Like reward payouts etc)

Watch *.sii files are your trying to open up. Cause I just opened up the following in notepad and notepad ++ fine.

.history.sii
global_controls.sii
live_streams.sii
news.sii


**Addition**

There is certain *.sii files you can not edit as I beleve they are encrypted. You might want to try using SCS_Unlocker on them.

I was attempting to open the game.sii file to modify truck speed, map visuality (how much of the map is unlocked) and a few other things

EDIT: SCS Unlocker will not open .sii files.

Looks like you can not modify that file anymore. From what I can find on my searchs. But then again. I dont do a tone of moding on that game. Most of my modding never needed to get into the file.
