To temporarily disable the Hotkeys, press CTRL-H after trainer is
activated. You can use CTRL-H to re-activate the Hotkeys as well.
You can also mute specific hotkeys by changing the hotkey you want to mute to 'NONE'.

For me his no longer works on multiplayer.

That's good because it was never meant to.

Hey Pwiz, what mode was this originally made for? I went to glance at the game on Steam and it's a Free To Play with no SP mode listed.

Co-op maybe or was there an SP mode at one time?

You can create a room to play, put a password and be the only player in it :P it's like to single player.

Hello, the Health option doesn't works for me. Is it normal ?(ammo and stupid zombie work fine)

I am the one who reported the trainer as not working. None of the options work as of 1/5/17. If someone could look into it that would be great.
