I was wondering if submitting a cheat required more than clicking on the "submit" button and filling in the blanks.

I personally have submitted a cheat that I know works and am still using for Delver.

Are we supposed to PM someone after submitting, or is there another step I missed?

It's submitted and verified and scanned etc. If it's a savegame it needs to be verified that it's useable by others, if it's a trainer or an .exe they scan it thoroughly.

As Sapphire has said. It takes time.
