They changed up VAC bans quite some time ago. Getting VAC Banned on a Source game gets you banned on all source games I believe But VAC bans on other games will only net you a ban for that game only.

I'm more worried about the rep of my account than a ban TBH.

Edit: Also, this guinea pig role was forced on me since I didn't check that it had VAC before I used the trainer in Solo. What's done is done...I'm just waiting to see if I'll get a VAC ban or not. I'm worried because a few other games like Dead Island apparently has VAC on single player for some reason. You could turn it off on Dead Island though, unlike Evolve which doesn't show any option.

THis is something i would like to know too, like ok so if i go offline and play the game solo with the trainer what cheats should i be using and not using just in case, or is completely safe offline?

Did not know about the change. Then again I aint played a Valve game in some time. Still seems strange how it would just ban you on that game and not all other VAC protect games. But the game has been blacklisted by me.

So i have a question : Can we use safely the trainer for this game or not ? I don't want to be ban.
I don't buy dark souls 2 because of VAC protection.

You use it a your own risk. Its like that with every game.
