Ok ok finally able to make the trainer work. Thanks. Weird thing is i have to run it from manager. A side not: the shambler still can kill my heroes even with god mode on.

Can anyone else get the trainer to open? every time i try to run it (Via admin and task manager) the cheat happen logo pops up and then it just closes.

Most probably your AntiVirus. If you use for example Avast just shortly deactivate Modules or create an exception. Sometimes Avast likes to ignore Folder wide exceptions so you then either have to set it again or just deactivate the modules for a moment(you can reactivate them again after the trainer was activated and the trainer should continue most of the time)

I too am suffering from this open exe of the trainer but than it just closes and does not launch. I have all my trainers in one folder for exception through my anti-virus and I have tried other trainers for other games and they work. But the Darkest Dungeon one does not for some strange reason.

I'm actually having the same problem, where it opens and just ****s off after the logo pops up and I LITERALLY don't even have any antivirus running. Strange thing is, the read me isn't in there like it is with all the other trainers. Yet the march update loads up fine and has the readme. Does the readme have some account related data injected into it or something? I'm pretty sure it doesn't but when something doesn't work like normal and it's missing something it normally has that's a pretty good indicator as to what got ****ed up.

Hi. I am not sure if this is just my game or the trainer but I am currently experiencing an issue. Anytime i enable the trainer at the main menu, as soon as I am inside of one of my saves the game automatically crashes. This happens with a new game as well. I made sure to turn off all mods and verified the game files in steam. Even on a new install the game just crashes.
