It seems no Goons would spawn after I beat the game to finish Dahlia's mission. Don't know if CH related or game related.

they spawn in various places , its not common to see them often with other zombies . I say its like 1/25% to see them . Dont forget that when you progress further in the game , game will unlock other zombie types for you to encounter . I dont think its trainer related.

Very randomly, found one after 3 hours of search and only because a blue survivor protect mission spawned it. Thank god.
