I agree, why was this couple of updates not able to be preloaded ?
20kb/sec , are they surprised alot of people are downloading at release at the same time as the amount of servers seem to not be enough ?

the patch is 353 mb, i think the reason your patching failed is because it failed to download the 300 additional mb.
