I just tested this myself. The only options I couldn't get to work were:
Max Skills
Infinite Item Condition
Save The Game
All the rest functioned just fine for me on the current gamepass build of stranded deep. Honestly the only one that really is of importance out of all those is infinite item condition, and even then its simple to instant craft more tools anyway. Same with shelters for saving.
Also, easy craft removes the need for skills when it comes to crafting, so honestly itd be a low priority update if anything, in my opinion. I was able to craft a brick wall without resources or the skills for it with the fast build and easy crafting options enabled.
