Please install version 4.5. Code does not run well when you attempt to use a runtime that is different than what the developer kit was used.

Now it works!
After deiinstalling .NET frameworks, installing the 4.5 version and let Windows update it to 4.5.2 it is working.
I dont know why exactly but I'm happy it is working now .
