I think it took like five days when I submitted one for another game. Not sure what kind of checks they go through.
I have been emailing it to those who send me private messages so far. There have been two, so it is manageable.

Maybe I can just make a detailed how to so people can customize their own character.

All the information is pilfered from the same people that I got the help in making my save game.
