I think so. I'm running dual GTX 980s and the game looks better. I think the shaders are running correctly now and the constantly intermittent hitches when traveling seemed to have smoothed out. I remember there was a problem with not being able to see in the dark but I haven't confirmed that was fixed although I'd bet it was. I'll update again when I check again but I still ran into a crash and stopped playing when doing a mission where it would crash in the same place.
I had already fixed the not being able to see in the dark issue using the guide found in the steam community. That dark thing was a pain! I couldn't do anything at night!
