Hello, I sended an email five days ago and didn't receive any answer, It's with my other account ciddeal, I changed of internet provider and forget to change my email on my account I don't use it very often that's why only when i need it for a trainer game but sill i payed for lifetime, the issue is i don't remember my password and i tried everything. I cant reset my account myself because i don't have access to my old email anymore since i changed of provider. Please help me Thank you. My new email is mahdhi@bell.net Sorry for my typo if i made some I'm French Canadian.

Possibly not the best time to be expecting instant service. It's Thanksgiving going right into the weekend and people are with their familys.
I'm sure somebody will get to it afterwards, but you need to be patient.
