Here is a little bonus many don't know, When the option Unlimited Combat Ammo is activated in safe house when someone eats from fridge, or stove, use meds or bandage its doesn't consumed, a little hint make sure its turned off before loading screen from day to night or night to day loading screen.

That's pretty cool yea.
