I did the horsemaster part, I got a horse, but he needs me to do some missions, now to build watchtowers I need go to the war room, but Idk how to get back, any tips would be welcome.

I did find that ability to port to the camps. So I think you need to find the camp closest to the war room. I think it was by the Crossroads.

open your map, in the upper left corner there should be a button that says "World Map" click on it and then look for Haven, then fast travel there. You'll find the war room in the chantry.
