I cannot replicate this. I literally made the option by taking items from the rubble piles in the house.

I can end the day, and go into the night and take from houses at night while scavenging as well. I've had no crashes.

yeah getting crashes here also using unlimited items, windows 10 with latest trainer.

Yeah! five crashes per hour! I can’t finish the first day already 4 hours!!!

Please provide savegames where we can try and replicate the issues as we are not seeing them here. Include where to place the savegame and steps to easily replicate the issue.

game crashing on first day - i'm scavenging all and construct 2 beds. game crashing sometimes scavenging lutbox on home or before PREPARE night mission scavenging. options are active - freeze daytime. option "unlim take items" are disable.
Do you need saves of the first day? They are done at the beginning of the day. therefore, those problems that have arisen in me can be reproduced only after living a day

Seeing a few post about the game crashing and the mods not being able to replicate the issue.
I was also experiencing crashes earlier on with the previous version of the trainer.
I had some success when I only used the Unlimited TAKE items option for a short burst and I also did not activate the freeze time option. Not sure if this helps or not.

It would be good if others can also troubleshoot by only activating a limited number of the trainer options to see if we can identify what's triggering the crash.

I'm a bit busy during the week, but I plan to put some time in this weekend to explore this issue further.

Managed to find some time to play this tonight. Played the final cut story.
Played using the latest trainer. Used most options.
Game did not crash. Managed to make it through to about day 12.
I did notice that my characters got sick on a regular basis.
They would go from sick to slightly sick and then fall sick again.
Not a huge issue as I had plenty of meds on hand.
