Thank you for answering!
I have tried that with no luck so far , and now I've noticed problems with crafting goods; as in they no longer change to 99 for me to sell. I appreciate any thoughts on this, my first problem was solved about a month ago by a suggestion I did not initially do right on my own so I'll again try yours. Lots and lots of saves for me to try it with.
Thanks again, love the supportive character of this community!
First a silly question: Do you have the latest version of the trainer installed to match the latest DAI patch? Just checking ...
Try this sequence. Let's say you have 10 silverite and you need more. Walk up to a merchant stand. Press (numpad 8) and hear "activated." Sell 1 silverite. Press (numpad 8) again and hear "deactivated." Proceed to the buy back list and buy back the 1 silverite you sold. Proceed to the Crafting Materials list and verify that you have 99 plus the 10 silverite you started with.
If you do have 109 silverite then it all worked correctly. If not, then I'm not sure what to say next. Maybe check the silly questions list again.
Cheers
I'm sure it's been asked an answered, but is anyone else having a rough go of adding ability points to party members? I can get the points to show up, but they will not actually apply. I tried applying them one at a time, in groups, by twos.. nothing.
Everything else works flawlessly. Just this one little quirk. Suggestions?
Hmmm yes I had trouble with this too. The trainer giveth and the trainer taketh away. I'm not sure that the trainer is designed to give Ability Points to other than the Inquisitor. We'll see what the Wise Ones say.
How do you get rid of creature research items?
Every time I go to turn in, even without the trainer on, the game crashes.
I seem to have picked them up in stacks from having the crafting items option active (#8).
I cant seem to sell them or destroy the stacks.
Any help?
Had this same problem - so I finally tried something different. I started the game, activated the trainer, fixed my inventory, then immediately went and turned in my research items. They were all properly removed from inventory. After all of this was done, I went ahead and activated the items I usually play with. The game and trainer worked perfectly after that for a marathon 10 hr. session.
