Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Can someone tell what's going on with the new trainers they are not working only the old ones I keep getting that stop working little screen on my computer everytime I launch the trainer.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer. if using Vista, upgrade to newer OS to use 64-bit trainers.

I have a 64 bit operating system and did what you told me do, but I still am getting that annoying trainer stop working

I have the same problme with Europa Universalis 4. Since the release of version 1.8.1.0 if I run the trainer with it, I get the Windows message saying "there is a problem" and it closes. If I run the game without the trainer it works fine. I have reinstalled the game on Steam to no avail...any ideas? I have had no problems up to this...

Are your programs running with administrative privileges?
Does your AV logs show that it's performing actions that cause the game to close?


You're not supplying enough information for anyone to tell you anything other than go through the troubleshooting guide.

Yeh im experiencing the same problem, my firewall is disabled, i run on windows 7 64-bit, and i run as an administrator, yet the windows message persists. is there anything else i can do? would appreciate any help with this..

the problem occurs when the trainer begins to authenticate btw, if that will help in any way to figure out the problem!

I have the same problem here. No AV or firewall on this computer. It won't complete authentication. It says I can't connect to internet. I'm using windows 7, 64 bit. I've tried 4-5 different wifi connections.

I can't even get a offline key either.
