Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I have a laptop with win 8.1 Pro and of the three cheathappens trainers for three different games, only the trainer:
FAR CRY 3 TRAINER/EDITOR 1.05 (DX9+DX11)
won't work because it requires net framework 3.5. I have installed net version 3.5 which is required but in regedit, the net framework installed is 4.0. the 4.0 is supposed to cover 3.5 version. The Far Cry 3 trainer notes said that it will work under win 8.1.
is there a workaround?
