tbh not sure why but i know i used the 1.4 version it worked orignally but now it wont

not sure if its because the trainer wasnt made for a retail version for used through uplay since thats how my game opens.
not through steam etc.

the trainer works for both. give trainer admin? maybe your antivirus, firewall, or anti malware is blocking our safe trainer

Is your temp folder in AppData set to read only? That will cause the trainer to crash. I had the same problem and looked through the previous pages and;

You know you need to tell them to use appdata folder from %appdata% or you won't find the proper local with the Temp folder.
If you normally click your drive folder by folder it won't be there.

-After you search %appdata%, click on Roaming folder.
-At the top of the window where your address bar is, click on AppData and click on Local and just scroll down to Temp folder.

That worked for me.

Have you tried the current trainer? With most of the Ubisoft games they end up opening up their their UPlay app anyways and the trainer seems to work across multiple services. I know the Steam Trainer works for the UPlay version is why I am asking.

now is ACU Dead Kings DLC out,give it for this a trainer too?
The relase Trainer is not workin with this DLC,i have test it.
