Okay I know it's not the 18th yet I'm just so excited for this game. But what I really want to know

My first save was already 1:51 hours in the game until I actually played it.
So yes, you can spend a lot of time in the character editor.

I'm confused about when the game will be available to play. Origin says 4+ hours, (but for what time zone). Another said 12 AM. Others still say on the 18th, early morning.

Well My Origin says Four hours and thirty minutes until the game unlocks and I'm in the Eastern United states, which would make it midnight my time.

Origin gives you the release date based on their server times adjusted to your PC's own timezone.

Nothing is true; everything is permitted.

My time zone is Mountain time, but I got the hours for EST?

Go into Origin into My Games. Hover your mouse over DA:I in My Games and it will show you the time your game unlocks.
