It works but... since it's programmed to be an instant heal she dies when hit with a certain amount of damage. Her health bar is much lower than Sebastian's. But the exhaustion and the no hud bug are more serious imo.
so, in the DLC, when you activate the trainer the HUD goes away and she constantly has no stamina?
or does that occur when you turn on certain options?
also does this happen right at the beginning of the DLC game or is this further along? If so I might need a savegame or something to look into this if we do.

I'll try a few options but in the main game activating the trainer already caused the no stamina effect.
Update:
Health works but most deaths are scripted anyway.
Stamina doesn't work and would be a most useful option.
One-hit-kill works but causes the bugs (no hud, no prompts, messed up camera,...) but ONLY if you die or go to a loading screen without turning it off.
Blind/ghost mode works but screws up the scripts as expected.
So, the only thing needed is a stamina option.

hopefully this will give the new character a bit more health and unlimited stamina

I had no bugs with one-hit on after dying and having loading screens.
easy kill and unlimited green gel is not working
instructions and info are important..
