Trainer crashes when you press F1 at main menu. Have tried all tips in troubleshooting guide, such as disabling AV, running as admin, ect. Only message I can coax out of it is "External Component has thrown an error" and then it crashes to desktop. Game does not crash however, only the trainer when you try to activate it. Steam ver 2.2.4 on Windows 10.
Confirmed with GOG version too - please file a report about it.
Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
