when you start game the game screen shows 2 black bars up and down, to change that use this info among other things that can be done with it.

I can seem to access the properties since it hasn't offically released?

I still says preload, but I can play it. Will I have to wait until the properties are accessible before I can use the console?

EDIT: Looks like it worked by just making a shortcut.
