I have a problem with the trainer. I start it say its customized for me then open up.. Notepad O.O and notepad say it contains virus. I found it weird. I don't know what happened here. I tried the troubleshooting what said to fix 99% of the problems but didnt worked unfortunately.
How do you detect malware with Notepad?
Whitelist the trainer in your AV.
The trainer tries to write some files in your Temp folder in
C:\Users\xxx(yourUsername)\AppData\Local\Temp. - Whitelist the folder or only the files.
Run the trainer with admin-rights.

I running it with admin and i have my AV turned off completely. It hasn't had problem the last time i played the game (months ago) and notepad finding virus was weird for me too. The other thing what happened is that i started it showed the window that launching customized trainer then it asked me how i want to open something.

I uploaded a new version of the latest trainer. Delete and re-download and see if it helps. If not then something is blocking it or you don't have sufficient permissions over the windows temp folder.

I am getting the issue with the CH_Temp.tmp file not found. I have disabled my Antivirus, I've downloaded the 1.0.5 patch... No dice.
You have disabled your AV, ran the trainer after this and you are still getting the error message about the missing .tmp file?
Something is still blocking the trainer. Any other security software installed like a firewall or malware scanner?
Downloaded and ran the trainer on Win 10 x64 vanilla (Windows Defender + Firewall). All good.
