disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software.
You can also contact Malwarebytes and tell them to remove the false positives.

YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME.
Like, "Chuck Norris using a pair of Jean-Claude Van Dammes tied together by their hair as nunchuks" awesome.
- Windows Firewall and Windows Defender are both disabled.
- IE 11 is disabled.
- No AV or anti-malware is running.
- DEP is off
- notifications are off
This seems to be occurring only with trainers that have the progress bar that loads up (tries to verify or download something) after launching the trainer .exe.
-I have tried clearing the TEMP folder on my computer.
-I redownloaded the previous trainer and it still launches just fine.
0x90, can you suggest anything?

Nvm turns out you have to be lvl 13 for it to work properly.
