What happened to the Jackpot Editor? It's different now and I don't even remember downloading one with a different interface.
The "old" JP editor started working flawlessly when I hit about Level 13, and I was getting Orange weapons every pull. Now, it doesn't even show an option for Oranges.
What's going on?
It's a bit complicated. Some guys had issues with orange weapons and others don't. SOme of the reported values work for some members and for some not.
I've decided to leave all options which works for EVERYONE and remove the rest but also giving the choice of entering a value on your own in case you are sure it works for you.
Now you are also able to enter the value of any other jackpot you got, if you want.
If needed you could always check out the cheat table I mentioned to see if you could figure out the differences between the jackpot values you found and the ones in the cheat table that seems to work for everyone.
Not to steal someone elses work or w/e mind you, but for learning. not that its all that important.
Any plans to make an unlimited/freeze grenade option?
It would be very useful for finishing badass challenges.
You can now edit your character to have something around 9 million of any ammo now, so there's no need to give them the extra trouble of adding something that is no longer necessary.
It's pretty easy with the new Gibbed editor, I'm sure there's tutorials online, and those ammo values last forever.
Well until you run out of the 9 million ammo, but let's be honest that won't happen.

We had unlimited grenades in the Trainers for BL1 and BL2. Shouldn't take much effort to add that option to BL:TPS.
I prefer to not mix multiple third-party softwares for the same game due to the potential for unintended/undesirable consequences. I will run them alone, however.
Your experience may vary.

Just because this option existed in prior versions of the game, does not mean that it will be offered in a new version of a game.
Also this version was not written by the same developers as BL 1 & 2 were, so there will be differences in the coding and this would be a better reason as to why many of the cheats are different this time round.
Hasnt others noted that the story line for this game is all over the place. In BL2 you killed Wilhem and now you get to play as Wilhem, then you have the huge Laser, taken from the Eye of the beast you slayed in BL2. The story is so messed up that sometimes you are playing in the past (before BL2) and other times you are playing parts that are in the present (after BL2). Damn 2K Australia for their story writing.. It even hurts my brain and i want to rid the earth of all books.
