Not that I know of. It's actually rare that I use that section as since Windows 7 I've used the search feature to quick launch what I need.

I have seen people organize this part of their Start Menu in this fashion though as a semi-replacement for quick access:

I am not happy with the forced updates, even if you can postpone them in pro.
As long as I cant disable certain updates from ever installing I wont touch this OS.

There have been plenty of windows updates in the past that are known to completely ruin things.
You used to be able to just undo the update, or go back to a older restore point or something. But now a bad update would only install again eventually anyways only to re-break whatever it broke before. You get stuck in a fix // re-break loop.

Some updates just don't work good with sertain other unusual components. Nothing will ever work 100% as far as updates go.
My old logitech webcam for example, only worked with a older certain driver version for some reason, installling any newer version would break it. Which in 10, would mean a cam that never works as the later driver version is forced.

Forced updates, outrages privacy policy etc... Nothing in life is really free.

That looks like a good solution, but how do you make that happen? I have played around with the Start menu until I am blue in the face.

I have also noticed that it will not allow me to pin Steam games to the Start menu. Any ideas why?
