No idea. I don't own any games that rely on DOS. I don't see why it wouldn't if it works in Windows 7 / 8.1 as the Kernel has not received a massive change (the version changed from Windows NT 6.3 to 6.4).

Here is a video going over the final RTM build (extremely likely to be the production release unless a critical bug is found). It is narrated from the point of view of changes from the previous Windows release (7/8.1) rather than from the last preview build as a refresher to a more general audience looking for more info on Windows 10:

Some games yeah, about 300 of them.
I'm a very nostalgic person and most of my dos games are the original copies from my first '486' pc back in 1995.

For me Windows 10 is feeling a lot like Windows 8.2, a service pack, rather than a whole new operating system.

At the moment I think I prefer 8.1 over Windows 10. Simple things like not letting me control how Windows Updates irritate. Previous gpedit and registry tweaks to enable that function no longer work with the RTM version of Windows 10.

I've gone from Pro to Pro, so that isn't the issue.
