CODMW and CODMW2 was fun and not a single problem to run with the trainers. But everytime when I hit F1 on CODMW3 the game is stopping.

Sounds like you're being blocked by an anti-cheat/mod system. You wouldn't happen to be trying to use it in multi would you?

I'm using only trainers in sp mode never in mp. Maybe it's the problem with Steam but the other cod's are also with Steam so I really don't know what the problem is,

Same problem for me: Steam game, hit F1 in main menu then crash
