disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. right click run as admin on trainer.

Did not resolve trainers still wont open. turned of all AV and fiewalls although all of them were on when it was working the other day.

I had something like this happen to me. It turned out to be an error with Microsoft Net Framework.

You might trying repairing it. Or re-installing if necessary.
