Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I use the custom key program a lot because my laptop doesn't have a numpad. I haven't really used it in a while, but in the last few months I've been having trouble using 2 keys at once. Mainly Shift + (key). When I open the notepad with the keys it shows only the shift key for all assigned keys. Sometimes this notepad will let me edit it manually, but other times it seems to corrupt the file. I've tried redownloading all the associated files again, and turned off my antivirus. I'm just wondering if there was a glitch somewhere along the lines with the newer trainers that it's causing it to do this?
