Sorry to be a pain but just tried the update and everything seems to be working, except option 5, the 'No Fatigue' option.
Did you clean the data folders before trying the new trainer?
Delete trainer and all files in
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90
C:\ProgramData\CheatHappens

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and extract it. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again. At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game and test the option. If it now works, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again. May also need to run the game without the trainer first and play a bit so the save file gets updated to use possible new values.

Yeah. I did all that with no effect, but I will try again. Neverthless, thanks for your help.
Try the new game / save game tips in the botom paragraph in case its data altered in your save. Let me know how it goes.
And if any of the other 91 People who got the new trainer has this happen please post.
Still no joy. Tried a new game after making and using that batch file. I like batch files by the way so thanks for that.😉
One thing I noticed is that I don't have a 0x90 folder, just a Trainer Settings folder in
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens
Anyway. The rest seems to work so I'll carry on without that option for now. Who knows. When Hinterland patch the game after the current event, perhaps it will work again in the next new trainer that will be needed.
