How do you use the reveal map function properly? I used the charcoal and hit the hotkey (vice versa), nothing happen to the map.

I used it on Pleasant Valley on Voyager difficulty if that matter.

EDIT: It seems there's ANOTHER 1.10 version trainer uploaded, I got the one just before the 19th Aug version.

For some reason this trainer will not run for me. I disabled Norton, disabled Windows Defender smartscreen and all its other annoyances, ran as admin, downloaded the offline key (and placed in same folder as trainer), and re-downloaded the file multiple times. Each time I run the file the "splash screen" comes up showing CH and my user name, then nothing and an icon appears in my tray saying the trainer file stopped responding. Any hints. ideas, thoughts?

I'm having the same problem as @torcar. I just tested it with the new trainer version and it's still happening. When I use the Cure All Afflictions function, the affliction notifications stay in the middle of the screen. If multiple afflictions are cured, the multiple notifications overlap.

Exiting to menu and re-loading the game doesn't clear the notifications. In fact, you can see the notifications in the loading screen... and they will remain even if you load a different game.

The only way you can clear the notifications is to exit to desktop and restart the game.

Looks more like a UI issue than something in the savefile, but I can attach a savefile if you want (just in case).

Then please don't disable Norton and create exclusions for the trainer file and the -Work- folder in this location -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\

Disabling might work as a first step to troubleshoot issues but as there are still processes running in the background it sometimes doesn't suffice.

Creating the exclusions fixed the issue. Should have done that a long time ago but was too lazy, and was able to get around Norton previously. Thank you!

the reveal map function is messing up on me this is on 1.10 version. I select it both via hot key and on trainer and it locks up trainer function's then when I control alt delete to restart I hear trainer activated its locking up trainer for some reason no clue why no error messages are popping up it just freezes al l cheat functions this is using the trainer manager version and latest steam version of tld on pc

The game got updated on August 24 to v1.12 so likely our trainer needs an update too.


Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

I'm having the same trouble as zedwimer, when I try to cure an affliction it says food poisoning in the middle of the screen and doesn't go away.
