Since it's still on my to be backed up list, getting it from STEAM now and will help test. Should be a few more minutes.

STEAM version is working well so far with current trainer.

Could be anti-virus has live monitoring and is terminating it when it sees the injection, check your A/V quarantine items and since it was published by Microsoft Studios turn off TRUEPLAY in windows 10 settings under gaming, you never know, they have done stranger things in the past.

I am currently trying to run the trainer, but the trainer itself will not open. I have disabled anti-virus, added exception, run from admin and the trainer itself will not open. after two attempts, the .exe itself disappears and I can no longer even access it.

You have to add the trainer or the folder it is in to your antivirus exclusion list and possibly this folder

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work

you will also need to go into your antivirus quarantine section and delete it since it was detected and flagged. When you disable a/v software you have to make sure it does not have multiple detection methods as they ALL need to be off. See your virus software documentation for information on turning off features.

The latest trainer appears to crash the game (as of Apr 18). All AV turned off, trainer excluded from scans and so forth. The trainer starts without a problem but as soon as F1 is pressed at the games main menu to activate, the game crashes back to desktop.

@flaming-badger; assuming you're starting the trainer first as per the instructions, have you tried running the game first instead to see whether it works that way round? And are you running the trainer as administrator?

A quick test shows the trainer working on my end.

Many thanks for the feedback. I was trying running the trainer (as admin) both before and after starting the game but either method was cauing a crash on F1 activation. I tried downloading the trainer again however and this time it seems to be working. I can only assume I either downloaded the wrong version before or something went wrong in the packaging of it.

Either way, working now!

Trainer doesn't appear on my screen. It was initially detected by Avira despite setting the exceptions option. I have disabled firewall and Avira's real time protection, re-downloaded 2x and ran as admin but still it won't appear on desktop. Pls help.

Empty the quarantine folder, exclude the trainer and the work folder in the anti-virus exclusions settings. Link
