Europa Universalis 4 Message Board  

Hey there

In my opinion Europa Universalis is one of very few games that are even more interesting and exciting when you cheat the sh** out of it. So I decided to play as Byzantine Empire on my new laptop.

The problem now is that I tried to use the trick with the opinion modifiers txt file but it does not work even though it always saves the value I typed in before ...
