I have no idea but i would say they are about half way through patches

The answer is never. I bought the game a very long time ago, when it was just launched, yet after so much time, I still can't play until ending up at a point where the game blocks, and I have to reload 4, 5 saves behind to be able to continue until it freezes again.
Never going to buy another Early Access in all my life.
