I am a lifetime member. Recently I tried to download the latest trainer for COH and got this message.
"Your download is being customized for you, please wait..."
i waited 30 minutes, the next time i waited overnight.
Nothing. What do I need to do?

Something on your end must be blocking the process. Try a different browser, clear your cache, disable addons, etc
