    Steam store page is showing it as unlocking at 12:00pm EDT (noon) on Thursday.

    No idea if it can be fooled by an out-of-territory VPN.

    I had to wait on a scheduled Steam download before getting the unlock - but it's fully installed and playable on my machine right now (now = 1300 or 1 pm EST)
