trying this again... i downloaded the omertas trainer and its not working i have steam and omertas 1

trying this again... i downloaded the omertas trainer and its not working i have steam and omertas 1.07. the trainer activates and the number pad buttons make noise but the values dont change and as well if i click a building the game crashes...whats the deal???
