I recently discovered that the dinks at Activision put some sort of coding in that causes Modern Warfare 3 to crash if you activate the cheat. FINE, so I'll play it without the cheat but I'm irritated. What do they care how I play single player?

So I'm wondering -- does the cheat for Black Ops II work or have the game developers put trigger points in the coding to crash that one, too? I haven't bought BOII yet.

Seems to me if companies can tell us what we can/can not do in the SP games we buy, maybe we should be able to tell them what they can and can't do with our cash they get when we buy them.
Seems fair to me.

Yeah, I fell victim to the Blizzard banhammer for using the trainer in SP on StarCraft 2. No big deal, I just won't buy anything from them again. Ideally, the gaming community should boycott developers that do things like this, but most of them are so blind to the effect this is having on gaming that they see it as a good thing that they are constantly being watched by someone to make sure they are playing the "right" way, since it makes us all play fair. I don't want to always play fair, some days I like to, other days I want to smash the AI with a minimum effort on my part, just to blow off steam. I will never say that cheating against other players is cool, but if I'm playing alone, who cares how I play?

Same here, I like a challenge but some days I just want to play stupid god bully mode. You know, pretend the AI is that car full of jerks that cut me off yesterday.

No Blizzard games for me, then. Who needs this crap?

I do agree about everything u said, also I dislike games where u cannot cheat at all, there is no cheats whatsoever or trainers. For example not very popular games. I see thing like there is too little time to play it fair, I prefer to play games fast, like watching a movie, just for a story alone. Not grind in single player...
