When ever I download it and try to open the rar I get "Unexpected end of rar file" anything I can do?
Try turning off or disabling your anti-virus (esp. real time scanning) and maybe firewall, or make sure it's added to exceptions.
It seems to be happening with other trainers as well and not only this download. Even with the anti-virus disable the problem still persists

The other thing to try would be to reinstall your winrar or whatever program you are using to unpack these files.
Given that you are having problems with other rar files and others aren't, it's almost certainly a problem with your computer. Either Anti-Virus or unzipping/unraring program.
If you want a recommendation on anti-virus to use, I have noproblems using Norton.
